Our Domiciliary Care Services

We provide as much or as little support as needed to help people live independently

How We Support Our Clients

We respect the privacy and dignity of our clients. We strive to meet their needs and choices to enable clients to live as independently as possible.

Care Organiser ™ offers support by providing assistance with daily living activities which includes personal care, domestic tasks and shopping. We provide support when clients attend healthcare appointments including help when  admitted or discharged from hospital, collecting prescriptions, and with medicine administration.  We support our clients with companionship, during friends and family visits, holidays, social activities, by providing an escort when attending day centres and with specialized services including 24-hour care and support i.e. waking and sleep-in staff.

Our role is to help and support clients, to improve  skills, to empower and to enable individuals to live life the way they want.

Delivering a consistent high quality service is our priority; we ensure this high standard is maintained by recruiting the best care and support staff, implementing their training and constantly monitoring their performance throughout their employment.

Live-in Care Worker

Care Organiser ™ provides live-in care for those who need continuous care for varying lengths of time and are able to provide support staff in the home.

We often provide live-in carers for clients that need temporary support through a period of recovery after leaving hospital.

We visit clients in their homes to discuss needs prior to placing our staff. A Service User Care Assessment and Care Plan is produced, through consultation with  clients and social services, if applicable, to ensure that we gather accurate information about care needs, wishes, preferences and personal goals.

Respite for Main Carer

Care Organiser ™ provides live-in care for short periods of time, usually when the main carers are either looking to take a break themselves or, for some reason, are unable to provide their normal support.
