Our Services

How we support our Clients

We respect the privacy and dignity of our clients. We strive to meet their needs and choices to enable clients to live as independently as possible.

Care Organiser ™ offers support by providing assistance with daily living activities which includes personal care, domestic tasks and shopping. We provide support when clients attend healthcare appointments including help when  admitted or discharged from hospital, collecting prescriptions, and with medicine administration.  We support our clients with companionship, during friends and family visits, holidays, social activities, by providing an escort when attending day centres and with specialized services including 24-hour care and support i.e. waking and sleep-in staff.

Our role is to help and support clients, to improve  skills, to empower and to enable individuals to live life the way they want.

Delivering a consistent high quality service is our priority; we ensure this high standard is maintained by recruiting the best care and support staff, implementing their training and constantly monitoring their performance throughout their employment.

Empowerment/Enabling Independence

Our highly experienced teams provide training for carers to look after loved ones and we provide care and support for clients who need to develop their independent life skills .

Domestic Services

We provide a wide variety of domestic services from cleaning, hoovering, washing-up, tidying homes and ironing clothes.

Meal Provision

We help clients to prepare meals, according to their diet plan, choices, cultural and religious needs.

Shopping

Our staff help to make shopping lists and give information about various shops with competitive and value for money prices. We escort clients to shops of their choice or, if you preferred, we can do shopping on a weekly or monthly basis or as and when required.

Companionship

IOur professionally trained and experienced staff can accompany clients to social activities, when on holiday, and help with visits to family and friends.

Living alone can be a lonely experience so having a companion to share time with, to play a game of cards, chess or scrabble; to go to bingo or the theatre, or even to chat with for an evening can make all the difference.

Prompting and Administering Medication

Our trained staff will prompt and support clients to ensure that medication is taken at the right time, to maintain good health and wellbeing. We can collect prescriptions and get medicines from chemists.

Home from Hospital Care

Care expertise can provide home support following a discharge from hospital, as per a discharge care plan.

When caring for someone with Dementia/Alzheimer’s, it's important to provide support to enable him / her to live as fit and healthy a life as possible.  We can support with personal care, eating and drinking, dressing and with getting around by using different communications techniques, which will enables individuals to make choices and remember what to do next.

Personal Care

Our staff can prompt and assist with toileting, washing and bathing, brushing teeth, shaving, getting dressed/undressed and grooming, with dignity and privacy.

Continence Care

Incontinence adversely affects the quality of life and causes disruption in the daily living of individuals. Our staff provide support in a dignified and comfortable manner, i.e. by changing incontinent pads.

24 Hours’ Care

We can provide professional and comprehensive home care services for our clients i.e. the elderly and physically disabled, and for clients with a learning disability, autism, mental health issues and for those who require 24-hour care support including waking and sleep-in staff.

Live-in Care Worker

Care Organiser ™ provides live-in care for those who need continuous care for varying lengths of time and are able to provide support staff in the home.

We often provide live-in carers for clients that need temporary support through a period of recovery after leaving hospital.

We visit clients in their homes to discuss needs prior to placing our staff. A Service User Care Assessment and Care Plan is produced, through consultation with  clients and social services, if applicable, to ensure that we gather accurate information about care needs, wishes, preferences and personal goals.

Respite for Main Carer

Care Organiser ™ provides live-in care for short periods of time, usually when the main carers are either looking to take a break themselves or, for some reason, are unable to provide their normal support. Our respite live-in care causes minimal disruption to care plans and current routines and, most importantly, gives the carers taking a break,  peace of mind.
